This popular savoury sweet light meals is best made with ripe and sweet bananas and served warm

Serve 24 Pieces

Ingredients
6 whole medium-sized bananas, cut into 4 pieces, then cut each piece in half
Oil

Dipping Batter
1 egg white
2 tbsp sugar
1 glass flour
5 tbsp water
½ tsp salt

Steps
1. Dough dyes: Beat eggs with sugar until blended. Enter the flour, stirring all the while pouring water until the dough is smooth and well blended.
2. Dip the banana pieces, salute until blended. Fry in hot oil until it turns a lot and amber. Drain.
3. Serve warm.

Resep Pisang Goreng

Camilan popular ini, memang enak apalagi kalau pisang yang digunakan matang dan manis.

Porsi 24 Potong

Bahan:
½ sisir pisang (5-6 buah) kepok kuning sedang
minyak goreng

Adonan pencelup:
1 butir telur ayam
2 sendok makan gula pasir
1 gelas tepung terigu
1 gelas air
½ sendok teh garam

Caranya :
1. Adonan pencelup: Kocok telur dengan gula hingga rata dan gula larut. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sambil tuangi air hingga adonan halus dan tercampur rata. Tambahkan garam, aduk rata kembali.
2. Celupkan potongan pisang, salut hingga rata. Goreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas hingga berubah warna kuning kecokelatan. Tiriskan.
3. Sajikan hangat.
